(formerly Ningbo Beilun District Shengzhu Machinery Factory) has now developed into two major business segments, CREATE and Shengzhu Molds, leading the domestic and overseas markets. It is a company integrating professional mold design, aluminum die-casting mold manufacturing, precision die-casting parts, other casting, gearbox and gear accessories supplier, and CNC processing. The company is a large-scale enterprise integrating stamping and other parts. Its location is renowned as the “Hometown of Die-casting Molds in China”. It enjoys a superior geographical location, being close to the Port of Ningbo City, with very convenient transportation. The company’s factory covers an area of 8,000 square meters. The company has the routine inspection capabilities for all products, including structural dimensions, physical and mechanical properties, surface quality, etc. The laboratory is equipped with a full set of high-end testing equipment such as X-ray inspection instruments, three-coordinate measuring machines, projectors, and spectrometers, and has the ability to statistically analyze capability indices such as CMK, PPK, and CPK.
The company adopts advanced design software such as CAD/UG/CAM/CAE and is equipped with over 30
sets of equipment including precision CNC machining centers, CNC electrical discharge machines, wire cutting machines, mold closing machines, and LK fully automatic die-casting machines. We provide a wide range of aluminum die-casting, surface treatment and precision processing products such as auto parts series, power tool series, home appliance series and gardening machineries series for well-known domestic and foreign enterprises.

In 2024, there will be a major breakthrough in the overseas market, developing into an independent CREATE overseas foreign trade division and die-casting production and casting division.
